Can't finish whiteout #1

So I freed the guys being held captive, but I guess the npc I'm supposed to turn the stuff into died and now I can't turn it in. Waiting a few minutes to see if that'll fix it. Otherwise I'm stuck I guess? Can't travel to my hideout either.

    I hope the guy #1 isn't still stuck in the map....

    And guy #2 could be a bit more specific.
    You could try 'Leave This Map' from Socrates/Crime Computer.
