I liked vibora bay then and still like it now. I wish they would hurry up and add another zone but it looks like that will never happen at this point.
A new zone isn't necessarily what is needed. If the devs were to make the Vibora Bay crisis a repeatable AP of sorts, make the main zone encompass levels 30-40 instead of 37-40, update the open and instanced missions to be a bit more streamlined, and add some more missions, (both open-world and instanced), they'd satisfy a lot of people's wants vis a vi more content.
Add some more stuff to do to all parts of Canada, (they could easily add in another story arc or 2), and do something with the Oasis in the desert.
