I want an election recount!

I call shenanigans on Mayor Calvin Biselle. He says one thing and does another, what up with that? West side has been a complete mess since day one. Is he ever going to stop that prison riot? I mean it's been going on for 3 years know, you think it would have ended by know. There's robots all over Down Town and a lady that keeps losing her cat and out of now where a bunch of ninjas jump you. To top it all off he is always getting kidnapped by the same ruffian's every 10 to 15 minutes.
We need a new election people. We need a Mayor who is not going to have to reschedule his speech ever time toxic waste is dumped all over the streets. Why is that alwasy happening anyways?

    Only if it has at least one reference to the Adam West Batman series episode when the Penguin was running against Batman for Mayor.

    Better yet Foxbat could win in his secret identity and prove himself a much better administrator than Biselle . Then Biselle for obvious reasons could unmask him and the heroes should have to arrest Foxbat but unwillingly, the more so when they will see the mess that Biselle will make when in charge again
