game timing out or just lagging out

loading launcher takes forever, then when I do get to the character screen and try to load, stays on loading maps forever, then if it does not time out, then takes forever to load into the game. When I get it, I can do nothing, no chat no changing costumes nothing. Not on my end, reset everything. Can't get into to play with friends on Friday night, not cool!!!! :mad:
