Power Replace Items completely gone?

I want this sword for my character. However, I've done two of the three missions that the wiki says give items that grant it, and I have neither, and I can't find any of the items listed in that article on the market.

Does that mean that old weapons unlocked via the old Power Replaces are gone forever? Is there any other way to unlock that sword?

    Your only chance is to find someone who has a non-bound version of one of the PRs that grant the skin.

    That means either Efreet Blade or Polarized Langsax, both of which were Arms craftables (I doubt you'll find an unused version of the Acclaim item).

    I know man.. if I had know the devs would have been *&^% enough to loose these costume unlocks, I'd have stocked up

    So what about world drop Power replacements? Do they still drop, or did one of the great feature of this game get completely ruined?

    I did stock up on many of the crafted costume unlocks. Unfortunately, I don't have any more of these left.

    The mobs used to have unique loot tables added onto them. They have since been changed to be generic based on level. This is beneficial to have it this way so it would be easier to change all loot tables at once for each new lock box that comes out.

    This game will never again let random mobs drop unique items.
