Looking to form a vigilante style SG

I currently have a Batman type vigilante character with all the goodies from the night hawk stuff it was hard to resist. My friend and I started up a roleplay with the classic mentor/sidekick and now looking to expand.
I have the idea to create sort of a Batman Inc type SG filled with other caped vigilantes to help the cause to defeat evil. Demons, Vampires, Werewolves, dragons need not apply. Only masked, cape and tight wearing shadowy heroes only. This will have roleplay, teaming up, and events down the line.
I'm only asking for people who are serious and interested, I have a lot of neat ideas to go along with this whole concept. Also I'm looking for at least one person to take on the young Robin type sidekick to go along with the RP.
