    theirs* btw. And rank 5 is the maximum lvl for the mod since it cannot be fused.

    its a super rare drop from either vikorin or bronze king
    rank 4s are from a mission in canada with the bigfoots
    there is no avoidance ranked over 5 and you cant use a harmon catalyst on them ( we tried) you cant fuse either
    btw rank 5 only gives +10 avoidance (not %) over rank 4
    why do you ask didn't you quit?
