Four Arms?

Recently, I've been messing around in the desert for the purpose of perks and some ideas for an Grond/Grondling inspired character, when I came across one thing- the Grondlings (and various other enemies in the game, take the PSI agent for example) have four arms, the upper ones being the original arms and the lower ones being smaller in size, also mimicing the movement. It makes me think, why are we not allowed to use some of the costume pieces NPCs use? Transparent bodies (burnside ghosts), unique animal-type ones and even powers are only the few things we're restricted from obtaining.

Could anyone give me feedback? Will these be avaviable anytime soon?

The four-armed enemies definitely have unique animations. In fact, all four-armed enemies use very specific attacks that line up to the skeleton, including a four-armed rock barrage, a ground slam, and a four-armed uppercut.

Inversely, you don't see these characters using anything other than these semi-might attacks; not even the PSI agents use any sort of telepathy or telekinesis attacks in their repertoire.

Basically, it's not feasible since it requires a fundamentally different set of animations to line up with a different skeletal structure. The default player models do not have the framework to support four arms, is what I'm saying.

I see what you mean by the might attacks and skeleton- I guess this is the same with the unique animal bodies/models?
