Costume unlocks still not account wide

As the title says, the entire Demon and Fire Demon sets as well as parts of the Lemurian pieces are still not account wide. This includes both the recognition version and the normal drop. I know this has been reported multiple times, but it has been over half a year or more since they were introduced.
