I have been having loads of fun with this build. Usually I find it hard to level after 30, but I breezed right to 40 using this build.

PowerHouse (Link to this build)

Name: Space Marine

Archetype: Freeform

Super Stats:
Level 6: Dexterity (Primary)
Level 10: Intelligence (Secondary)
Level 15: Recovery (Secondary)

Talents:
Level 1: The Soldier
Level 6: Coordinated
Level 9: Impresario
Level 12: Negotiator
Level 15: Shooter
Level 18: Academics
Level 21: Wordly

Powers:
Level 1: Particle Rifle
Level 1: Pulse Beam Rifle (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 6: Concentration
Level 8: Invulnerability (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 11: Overdrive
Level 14: Gatling Gun (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 17: Force Shield (Force Sheathe)
Level 20: Masterful Dodge (Unfettered Strikes)
Level 23: Bountiful Chi Resurgence (Resurgent Reiki)
Level 26: Electric Sheath
Level 29: Munitions Bots (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 32: Chest Beam (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 35: Laser Sword (Crippling Challenge)
Level 38: Lead Tempest (Rank 2, Tread Softly, Challenging Strikes)

Travel Powers:
Level 6: Jet Pack (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 35: R.A.D. Sphere

Specializations:
Dexterity: Combat Training (2/3)
Dexterity: Gear Utilization (3/3)
Dexterity: Evasion (2/2)
Dexterity: Deadly Aim (3/3)
Guardian: Fortified Gear (3/3)
Guardian: Ruthless (2/2)
Guardian: Find the Mark (2/3)
Guardian: The Best Defense (3/3)
Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
Vindicator: Focused Strikes (1/3)
Vindicator: Modified Gear (2/2)
Vindicator: Offensive Expertise (1/2)
Vindicator: Mass Destruction (1/3)
Mastery: Dexterity Mastery (1/1)

The core of this build actually ends at level 26, so there's lots of room to personalize it. I added some pets and an alpha strike to this one.
You will throw out so much damage, you will most likely gain Threat. I hate being squishy and I like doing damage so I made this build. I found that in most Alerts I steal the Threat unless someone has a real tank build with them. I'm not sure if that reflects more on the state of players who do Alerts (like me) or on this build.
Dexterity is Primary for the Dodge/avoid mechanics which enhances the Invun. You could easily take Protector Spec if you want to be more "tanky" and actually have skills that enhance Threat generation.
Ego can be the "fourth" stat. It is on this build.

Well there ya go, put together a build which works and does a good job and you get no feedback. Whereas if you'd posted a half baked abortion you'd get loads, just doesn't seem fair does it?

Ah the ole Dodge stacked Invuln build once the staple of PVP...

It's interesting, I am humming and hawing about shifting several Dex/Int builds to Dex/Con because of the new level 40 gear. Int is good for levelling it helps with the energy management but with Powercost discount helmets Con seems to be the new must have these days. Do you find this?

Well, I posted it to help those new people who might be having trouble getting the hang of the system.
