An Arrow for almost any situation ^^

Hi there!

After doing some trawling through forums I found a good build and slightly modified it, but I am still a bit iffy on a certain power, namely Explosive Arrow with Where's the Kaboom advantage..I want to trade it out for Taser Arrow Rank 2 in this build I have...

"Where's the Kaboom?" on Explosive Arrow is superior to Taser Arrow in most situations since On Alert. It's much more versatile once you understand how you can use it to your advantage in live combat.

Remember, powerhouse dummies don't shoot back. And the battle arena won't show you all the different types of foes or how your abilities work on a team. And PvP foes are actually controlled by a sentient being, not a predictable AI. So yeah, you can't just rely on the powerhouse.

Cryptic of course knows this, and profits off of RetCons... '


Note: I'd still LOVE to pay real money for an unlimited RetCon. I'd say make that a benefit of Gold or LTS, but somehow I think Perfect World isn't going to do that, they insist on lessening the value of subscribing.

Taser Arrow is generally no bueno unless you have on-hold debuffs tied to spec trees. You don't, so it's back to Explosive Arrow + WTK for you!

Also, y u no R3 Straight Shot? It's the best spike in the Archery set. :<

Here we are, I just need to do a minor retcon on my Cindy to follow this through then I'm all good ^_^

It's great, I did some power selection reordering as I am still stuck in my little ways of being an AT.

I only realised when I got to her current level of lvl 24 that I dont have a block, but so far I havent actually needed one and have come to appreciate the exceeding value of the normal block xD

I only tend to die when I am careless i.e. running into massive groups and "zerging" everyone.

I know that when I hit 40, I'll be stocking up on some serious dodge avoid Silver Champion Recognition gear.

If you are looking for an arrow build I'd say this was it. I currently have very little energy issues and I run her in Hybrid role. The occasional crit heal from Conviction is very nice also as well as The Rush of Battle Spec.

She is currently level 24.
