Toxic Nanites + Gas Pellet

Hit the player and not the enemies. To reproduce activate Toxic Nanites and then throw gas pellets. You will poison yourself, enemies unaffected.

    I killed myself several time with these, as well as sonic devices/strafing run. :frown:

    IIRC the same happens with Gas Arrow

    This happens with all of the unique AoEs that the new gadget powers have. Sonic Device Strafing Run hits you with the Sonic damage effect. It may have to do with it targeting your character to line up the AoE properly.
