f) Increase the duration/damage absorption of "Unbreakable" or change its function in which the buff won't be cancel out even though the player is receiving huge damage at the same time the the incoming huge attack is directly reduced by the amount of damage absorption from "Unbreakable".
g) Cancel the limited charges of bionic shielding and change it's function to "heal the player when receiving damage" during the duration of bionic shielding.
h) Increase the damage absorption of shield in the Force powerset and no longer able to be bypassed by any damage including VIPER's weapon.

Yes. I'd also suggest a threat generation buff for tank roles in addition to this and increased defense base by around 10 points perhaps. Tanks should be defeatable but it should take a while.

Perhaps instead of this, allow it to rupture bleeds on a target similar to how single blade can. But this feature would be accessible only via Blood Mess advantage, it makes sense, so the advantage would no longer provide a +% dmg bonus but instead rupture all the bleeds. Perhaps with a small % chance to leave one stack on the victim if still alive.

Again, good idea IMO, I'd like to see the reciprocatory function advantage to also increase KB resistance and damage resistance for the player who grows.

Definately, I think all clawing/bite powers in Bestial should be able to apply bleed either by advantage or innately. Playing around with a cat girl style build and I am finding it increasingly annoying to maintain bleed stacks without using EB + Rip and Tear advantage. Shred seems to do ok on final strike actually it applies 2 stacks for me so it does ok.

Yeah, I have posted about this before, many agree that a change to Unbreakable is needed to make it actually feel unbreakable instead of Breakable. Perhaps if it was a flat high damage mitigation buff of say 7k at rank 3 and you could still take damage but it would have to exceed the damage shield. The Damage shield would have the set value of 7k and not change for duration but I think perhaps to balance it out, block would be either cancelled out or have 50% less effectiveness. Also KB/fall damage would be absorbed by the Unbreakable whilst active.

Whilst this is a good change Bionic shielding would need a reasonable CD of base 15 secs or more in that case because according to wiki Bionic Shielding lasts for 16 secs, so if someone was constantly healed for 16 secs then a CD would be in order OR keep the bionic tampering...which I think you mean. I too hate the limited charges, it seems like such a waste.
h) Increase the damage absorption of shield in the Force powerset and no longer able to be bypassed by any damage including VIPER's weapon.
You have no idea how much I have trumpted about this along with Cyrone. This idea in particular has my full support. But you need to be specific with the "shield" part of the idea. Do you mean Inertial Dampening Field the Form? Personal Force Field Passive? Or Protection Field Shield? Well IDF has been buffed to a better level than it has been before, BUT having said that it needs to be brought in line with other forms like concentration, which I have suggested on a number of occasions. Personal Force Field has rightfully had it's regen rate buffed to where it should be but the in combat shield regen penalty still applies which I think is unfair, but if you significantly increase your stats (say rank 6+ gear) you can get almost into the 8k shielding (which I am aiming for, I am at 7.9k atm). As for Protection Field, for some reason it has been tied to +healing from Presence and +healing in general, which does not help at all unless you are running an AoPM healer or something or stack a hell load of PRE. I feel it needs to scale with END/EGO or better yet scale with super stats but have a higher scaling/strength if END is your primary superstat.
Now with VIPER (who I UTTERLY HATE due to PFF vs Pulson Tech:mad::mad:) I'm glad Cyrone and I arent the only people who see this as a massive issue. There is no way a PFF char even with a high amount of dodge gear can smoothly go through Serpent lantern without smashing his/her computer. I have voiced this issue on a number of occasions and the replies have been mixed. Some believe it should remain on PFF but be spread to ALL resistances (which I disagree with, no one would run SL and everyone would complain and eventually it would be removed) others like myself want it to be removed ASAP.
Nice ideas, I'd personally like to see some more winged diversity, like Phoenix flight wings when in water, I'd like to see holographic (more) costumes.

Um? Like Transformers? Not too hot on this idea tbh. Vehicles should be just as customisable as players characters are. I dont think player merging is possible as all players would have to have extreme coordination so they all move in one unison and in one direction or it could fail, besides I doubt the server would be able to cope.
Final Notes: Great ideas all round really, vehicle one is a bit iffy for me, but I like everything else.
Make 3 actually doable. Just put that into the Costume part of the suggestion and give players some of the vehicle parts as costume pieces. Cannon Shoulders, Rocket Launcher Bracer, Jet Engine Back Piece, Jet Engine Boots, Tank Armor Chest Pieces and so on.
Since we can all ready do multiple costumes.

I agree most of the ideas, but.................... making Vehicle merge with the players? Sound like transformers.
I don't like the idea of merging with our Vehicle since it would make it half machine, and The Invincible already a half or pure machine
The ideas for Vehicle now is Customization for them. Since people want to ride in their vehicle with their own style and colors choice. (Even myself want the hover bike when they out even better with customize options)

I totaly agree with these two... It's absurd the way things currently work. My tank hero shouldn't be sent flying by a weak little henchmen at every turn... Especially when she herself cant rocket them into the stratosphere. The HP boost is also a needed addition.

The Bestial powerset on a whole needs some attention... though this is a very good start.

You know... I always thought the way Unbreakable worked was a bit counter-intuitive... The skill is called unbreakable yet it produces a breakable shield for a short duration to block incoming damage up to X amount... against normal mobs and other players sure that's pretty unbreakable... but once you get into hard and elite content that shield becomes a child's play toy... blocks one attack then breaks most of the time...

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH THIS!!! Though to help counter the "unlimited healing" issue the debuff Bionic Tampering should have it's durration increased from 14 seconds to perhaps 20 seconds... This leaves a 4 second period in which you can't benefit from Bionic Shielding leaving you vulnerable for attack 4 seconds at a time.
About the transformation of vehicles and merging between vehicles and heroes, it won't be solely machines cause as I suggested players are allow to fully customize them and players can decide either they are look like organic, tech-based, fantasy, bestial,etc. Another way is just give a function to the vehicle where it can break into parts and players can choose which part they need to be added to their hero after the merging.

Also, I come up with this idea because in the past someone has suggested that players are able to use super magnifier in the battle and also enhanced ability from super magnifier.
Another advantage for this is that various new costume will be available.

If they were just for show and people didnt expect them to do much then I think it would be more plausable, but I like the idea of them mirrioring the other two arms.
As far as the OP, I like all of your ideas but the Vehicle one, and i would support a costume set for them, and I would love to see a back piece like Starscream that would be wings.
I hope the development team or management team can change the jumping power so that there is no recharge time on any jumping power such as Lunge, Mighty Leap, etc so that melee can get to an enemy faster and easier.

Lunges have a variety of effects with CD's for a reason. Anyway if you taunt an enemy they'll come running like a lap dog sooner or later.

It is hard to taunt a monster especially when a player is not a tank. Also in pvp, melee can't even get near to a range player and probably get killed before reaching the range player. Many monster also know how to move away from a melee or keep a distance from a melee player. For example, Kevin Poe keep lunging away from where your reacharge time for lunge can't really catch up with him. I know the CD for lunges is good for Molecular Asembly but for overall dps it is not very efficient.
I would like to see new content for adventure packs and Comic series. So, I would like to add a suggestion here.

Agreed, tank players should not be knocked by those pesky minions from the Harmon Labs alert with their undying KB abilities V_V.

It is hard to taunt a monster especially when a player is not a tank. Also in pvp, melee can't even get near to a range player and probably get killed before reaching the range player.
