Which Bloodmoon devices need or does not need a target to execute?

Hello there kind people of the forums. I need your help with this question:

Would anybody happen to know which Blood moon devices need or does not need a target in order to execute? Specifically Center of Gravity and Radion's Revenge.

I've heard that Amazing Grace, Nimbus of Force and Revenant of Firefight does not need a target in order to function. What about the rest such as Fist of Compliance, Archer's Memory, etc.?

Haven't equipped any yet. Would like to know the answer before I commit on CoG and RR.
