Not able to purchase the Halloween Skeleton

Hello, sorry this is a probably a bit of a noob question, I'm trying to purchase the Halloween skeleton costume, but in the C-store the unlock option won't come up as it says I need to have an active character (odd because I do) and when I try to purchase it straight from the character editor it only comes up with the full Halloween set purchase (which I don't have enough points for).

Sounds like I've just made an error somewhere hopefully someone can set me straight, I'm a silver member and the character I do have is quite old, other than recently the last time I played it was sometime before alerts came out. Hope I can get this sorted as I want to take advantage of the 15% discount on. :biggrin:

Did you try buying the halloween skeleton costume pack from the Z-Store in-game instead of the tailor??
