PC unlock failure

I want to use another computer.

So i login, get a CODE emailed to me, the code is a number which you use to unlock another computer for play (i am the owner of a desktop in another town, i go there during my further education)

I enter the code i JUST recieved and:
ERROR, INVALID CODE.



It's broken for me. No matter how many times i try to login, the login system will call any new code i recieve to say it is Invalid, when it is the correct code.

It appears to me the whole system is broken.

I'm not sure I understand what the problem is. All the other MMOs I've ever played, you could just instal it on the second computer and log in on the account you were already using without doing anything extra. Is that not the case with CO?

No. Not since the introduction of Account Guard. You need the code to allow CO be used in a new computer. Like you need it in your current one. It's either every time you log in or set as the used computer.
Done it with no problems , so no idea about the error. But that was awhile ago.

First thing I did was disable Account Guard. I knew it would be a problem, and certainly, enough people have been locked out of their account already by it.

Yeah iv done it before too, but now its declining the code that is sent to me literally moments apart. I cant find among the maze of CO/PW webpage-mess where i go to Disable accountguard
