Having problem with playing CO

I began to experience problem when try to play CO 2 days ago. I encountered the following issue:
1) Launcher unable to authenticate
2) Take forever to finish the patching
3) Even I successfully log in, I am stuck at the loading page of " Retrieving lists of maps"
4) I am stuck with the loading page after logging in.
5) Even i have passed all the issue above, it takes very long time for my character to able to move in which only my character is visible on my screen or everything including other players and NPCs is not moving except my character.
Can someone tell me how to solve this problem?

im trying a fresh install, we will see how this goes
