Suggestions forum will just get this thread ignored, sooooo...
This game needs more things to do at level 40, and more nifty places to hang out while we're at it
Millennium City: MCPD Missions!
Location: Westside Police Station (one part mission hub, one part RP zone, always open)
At the MCPD, you can pick up a MCPD scanner, which will give you a number of missions. Should you choose to accept the missions, enemies will spawn on the open world or instances will open up. These enemies will be skull-level tough enemies of one of Westside's gangs. Completing an MCPD mission will grant 10 MCPD Recognition, a new currency called Global Honors and 200 Questionite + any boxes that drop during the mission. MCPD missions will also grant evidence relating to the case!
MCPD missions include:
- New Purple Bruises: The New Purple Gang are harassing civilians all around town! Find them, defeat them and free the civilians while trying to determine if these harassments are simple random occurrences or if there's something deeper going on.
- Maniac Depression: There's been a bomb threat at a Westside apartment complex! Get in there and disarm the bombs! Alternatively, defend a bomb defusal robot. The robot is sturdy and can be repaired, but the Maniacs wanna wreck it and see this building blown up! What's so important about this building is up to you to find out.
- Hi-Pan Hijinks: The Red Banner are running wild in Chinatown and causing BIG trouble! Disrupt their operations by confiscating their fireworks and fireworks launchers and find out just what they're up to.
- Royal Flush: The Black Aces are still up to no good! They're actually trying to make stronger weapons out of their Qularr tech that they've stashed away. Find out where they're keeping the rest of the guns and confiscate the ones they still have!
- The Cobra's Coils: We've been getting noise complaints because of these guys before, but nothing like this! Interrupt one of their drag races and tell 'em they aren't welcome here anymore.
After you complete one of these missions, you can turn in your evidence back at the station and get a new mission relating to the gang you're pursuing! You can do all four missions in one day, but you can only pursue a case once per hour.
MCPD Investigation Missions will grant 5 MCPD Recognition, 1 Global Honor and 200 Questionite along with whatever boxes drop during the investigation.
- Old Purple Memories: Evidence points to Kevin Poe trying to find an old friend of his whom has recently gone missing. Plus, PSI pamphlets were in the possessions of those being harassed. Find Kevin Poe and talk to him, and if things go sour, bring him in.
(With this mission, you'd be given a choice: Simply talk with Kevin Poe, or forcefully bring him in. Both choices work, but they affect what happens in the final mission!)
- Psycho-logistics: The bombs planted in the apartment building would not have been enough to blow the building down, but the people who planted them still have to be caught and interrogated! Find them!
- Red Banner is Scary: Turns out those fireworks were signals for a Red Banner-Lemurian alliance over in Sakura Park. Get over there and find out what's going on! If you find the ringleaders, take them down and bring them in!
- Black-Eyed Peace: Something have must have gone sour after Ludwig was killed by the Death Dragon. It turns out that we have a small-scale Qularr war going on in the sewers, and the Black Aces have been holding them off. We've got no choice but to help 'em out.
(You have two choices here too: Work with the Black Aces, or just take both them and the Qularr out.)
- Serpent's Call: So, their drag racing is pretty standard stuff, but you won't believe what we found using the evidence you gathered. The Cobra Lords are dealin' with VIPER! We found some repainted and modified VIPER cycles and transports, along with some documents with possible drop points. Find out what VIPER might even want with the Cobra Lords!
After completing one of these missions, you are given a final mission. You can only complete the MCPD Conviction mission once every four hours! You will be rewarded with 1.5k Questionite, 3 Global Honors and 10 MCPD Recognition.
The Purple Gang Missions:
- An Alliance against PSI: It turns out Kevin Poe was trying to get in touch with Tachyon, who had mysteriously gone missing. Kevin Poe wanted to strike back at the PSI organization, and he has some big dirt on them. Tachyon has turned up too, and both of them are willing to assist a full-scale raid on PSI. We've got the warrant. Do you have what it takes to bring Psimon, Medusa and Mindslayer down?
or
- The Ballad of Kevin Poe: After you brought Kevin Poe in, he completely broke down and started telling us all about how PSI took his family away and ruined his life. He's promised a lot of evidence on other gangs if we bust PSI, and he's got a LOT of evidence on these guys. You'll go in there and bring the fight to PSI, backed up by our finest men.
- Maniacal Laughter: The people responsible for the attempted bombing spilled everything; it turns out the Maniacs were using that building to make a new street drug that had the right chemical composite to turn even sane men crazy, and were trying to blow up the evidence that'd get 'em all locked up! They've also given us the location of the main lab. Stop them before this stuff hits the streets!
- Big Trouble in Little Lemuria: The Red Banner recruitment is reaching out far, and somehow they're getting Lemurians into their ranks. These Lemurians are powerful wizards, so we can see why... in any case, you gotta stop them from bringing more Lemurians in, or else it's gonna be a scaly day in Westside!
- Lair of the Qularr: The small band of Qularr survivors who are angry that Ludwig was killed have settled in and converted our own sewers into their own lair! Lock 'n load, and we'll get as much help as we can cleanin' 'em out!
- To Be Frank: VIPER and the Cobra Lords are in pretty deep together. In exchange for test subjects of able-bodied gang members, the Cobra Lords get VIPER weapons! Bust their last meeting, and bring in the guys leading the operation.
And that's just for one zone. I'll post more zone ideas in a bit.
What do Global Honors even do? Well, you could maybe...
Make a new store filled with legacy gear/devices, including lost costume unlocks and power replacers!
Just pointing out here that Zoe Loft, Ludwig and Frank Zaretti weren't killed by the Death Dragon, so they could still show up. Otherwise, cool.
I think that this is a great idea, especially the police scanner, I like the idea of using a police scanner to pick up random missions. But especially just doing missions for endgame or missions in general even.I also like how some of these missions continue a story from before, for instance, we never really saw much of Ludwig, Hi-Pan, Zoe Loft, and Frank Zaretti after the westside store branch ended, and as for PSI missions, there was only about one branch dealing with Biselle's kidnapped daughter, but the main thing is that I'd love to see more actual missions.
The Desert: Bounty Hunting!
Location: Belle's Saloon
Snake Gulch has its fair share of rogues. They need to be decommissioned. You up to the task, pardner?
Every time you accept a bounty hunt, you have to hunt (of course) a Tough Super Villain boss and take down him and his posse! You'll be given the bounty's general location, but it'll be up to you to find 'em!
First Bounty: Con "Moneybags" Sole (5 Snakebucks, 1 Global Honor)
This oily crook stole a lotta money then skipped town with his goons! Watch out for his Holla Holla Get Dolla Shot, which can send even the toughest cowpokes straight to the repair shop! He might ask to be buried with his money, but don't listen to 'im, we need that money!
Second Bounty: Radioactive Ralph (6 Snakebucks, 1 Global Honor)
This Irradiate moved on in and decided to play cowboy with the rest of us! Bad news is, he wants to be one of the guys wearin' a black hat. Radioactive Ralph carries a big mean gatlin' gun and even strong-armed a few of his Irradiate pals into joinin' in on the cowboy play!
Third Bounty: Ghostly Gunslinger (7 Snakebucks, 2 Global Honors)
This ghostly cowpoke likes to challenge our finest sheriffs to duels... only when he wins, he takes their immortal souls! Us robots ain't got souls though, but ya gotta stop him before he hurts a tourist!
Fourth Bounty: Big 'n Buster (8 Snakebucks, 3 Global Honors)
This meanie's as big as Grond and his ARM is a vulcan cannon! Best watch out or he'll tear ya into bits!
Final Bounty: Masked Desperado (10 Snakebucks, 5 Global Honors)
We got a bonafide supervillain muckin' up our place! He's a pistol-wieldin', bot-killin son-of-a-gun, and he'll give ya a run for your money! Careful, I hear he's got a secret that makes him almost unkillable! (Hint: it's a bulletproof vest, he should heal up immediately after shedding it, effectively giving him two life bars)
These bounties will spawn anywhere accessible on the Desert map, but their general location will be marked on your map. From that marked area, it'll be up for you to find them! Full bounty hunts can be done once a day, and sometimes cycle in new bosses.
There's plenty of lost treasure in Lemuria, be it of Lemurian, Pirate or Karkaradon origin. Investigate randomly generated temples for loot, fun and profit! Every hour, a Treasure Research Team located on the Aegir will detect treasure, and they'll give you a mission to go into the temple that holds the treasure and bring it back to the ship! These randomly generated 'dungeons' would give CO players a roguelike experience. All enemies inside the temples are marked as Tough, and each of them have quite a few Super-Villain level named bosses!
Lemurian temples would use the same design as they do now, perhaps with a few color changes and tougher enemies, using keystones made out of Lemurian minerals to open doors and solve possible puzzles. Treasure boxes contain Questionite!
Pirate sunken ships would have lots of pirate ghosts to fight against, but beware! The treasure is always guarded by a strong pirate captain who would like to teach you a few lessons in swashbuckling! Treasure boxes contain booty, which could be valuable mods (R4-R5) and gear along with a good amount of Resources!
Karkaradon temples are a combination of the two and have far more valuable artifacts within since they're way tougher, but a skilled treasure hunter should be in their element! Karkaradon treasure chests contain more Questionite or better gear and mods than the pirate ships. (we're talking R6-R7 mods and purple gear)
Every artifact returned grants 3 UNTIL recognition and 3 Global Honors. Karkaradon relics give double that. Perhaps, as a bit of extra fluff, make the museum a social instance and showcase all of the possible artifacts to find (as well as a list of the people who have found said artifacts?)
I have NO IDEA what to do for Monster Island or Vibora Bay, however... >_>
I'll be honest, I'm always against more Questionite reward missions being added into the game.
The more options are available to earn it, the more easily everyone will hit their 8k cap for the day, and the less value it will hold.
I honestly prefer Grinidinite because it means someone will always be willing to trade Cryptic Points to get it quickly without spending the time grinding. If you make it even more easily earned, you take that away.
That aside? I'm in favor of more high-level content and this sounds cool, so I'm for it. I have no other criticisms.

Very very nice ideas!
I'd like to see some more PSI orientated starter missions perhaps branching out and making connections to Menton and Mentalla?
But that's just me and my PSI obsession

horrible monsters that tower over everything and want to be your friend.
Champions Online: City of the Titans.
My favorites are the Bounty & Treasure Hunting. Those sound like they could be a lot of fun to do.
