Greetings!
We're back with more updates to the new vehicles system, including a balance pass of the weapon mods, as well as a few quality-of-life improvements to the UNTIL Carrier Mission.
I plan on updating PTS again tomorrow with more UI improvements and additional vehicle system updates.

Where it happens
What happens
Vehicles:
-Vehicle Mods: Ammo Regen mods have been reworked to grant 2 energy every X seconds. X is reduced by ranking these mods up. This will make the mods more consistent regardless of your max ammo.
-Heavy Cannon: This power has had its damage reduced significantly. Additionally it now obeys and applies knockback resist.
-Railgun: This power has had its damage increased significantly.
-Singularity Bomb: This power now applies and obeys Knockback Resist.
-Gravity Pulse: This power now applies and obeys Knockback Resist.
-Tractor Beam: This power can no longer lift and move knock immune targets (including supervillain+ class enemies).
-Vehicle Mods: Max Ammo increase mods should now work correctly.
-Vehicle Mods: Dodge, Crit, Avoid, and Severity mods now grant less of their respective amounts. They were erroneously granting too much.
-Speed of vehicles slightly reduced
-Fixed issue with Grav Bike rider swimming when entering water volumes
While it's obvious it's a work in progress, the Max Plankc tutorial on vehicles and modding them scrolls too fast. You barely have time to look at the picture let alone read the text, which I am sure will have an accompanying voice over to go with it.
BUG
The hover bike I was using in last test is invisible except for a fire trail under my character.
When I use bike devices with female characters that I made before the current update, the bike model is not visible.
Other players are also unable to see the vehicle model.
I am able to see other players' vehicles.
I have tried to use it in MC and Canada so far.
I also use action controls, and lots of custom keybinds, so it might be kind of a pain to test.
My devices are bound to the num pad keys.
I use mouselook toggle, bound to the "V" key, instead of the normal camera controls.
I do not produce this bug with a new female character, using default controls.
It has not occurred with the tank devices or male characters so far.
FX seem to display properly, even without the vehicle model.
The riding animation plays properly, with or without the vehicle model.
The vehicle mod interface seems to be incomplete. It displays in a column, with many invalid options, and two working options that seem to be filled by defalult. Those two seem to work as intended, but the others don't appear to do anything.

But it may be a good idea then to increase the damage against repulsion immune targets that tractor beam does.

Engine rev sound cycles every 3-6 seconds. This happens regardless of movement of vehicle or if i am holding shift.
