Don't they celebrate Halloween in Vibora Bay?

I asked last year for something in Vibora Bay for this year, but it's still no different there than any other time of year.

At the very least, VB should have trick-or-treaters.

(And on a related topic, whatever's going on for Christmas should be reflected there as well, if only in decor.)

Between the vampires and werewolves and everything, who would be able to tell the difference, though? But a bit of Halloween or Christmas in Vibora would be fun.

Therakiel would look cute in a santa hat. :p

I could imagine that Halloween isn't very popular in VB. Any other time of the year the Dogz and New Shadows will probably leave you alone if they are not hungry right now. Now imagine you run into Dogz turf, wearing your best Dracula costume. No fun.

Vb isn't the only zone that has no Bm or Christmas action, Lemuria is exactly the same too,but I think that both BM and Christmas events could be worked into them, theres already zombies in both, thats a starting point for BM I guess, as for Christmas events, maybe add a santa at the mall in VB and for lemuria, well, I don't really have any ideas for it but I'm sure they can include it somehow.

/signed for VB and Lemuria inclusion to the BM and Christmas events though

/signed for Christmas in VB, but not for any holiday events in Lemuria. Seriously, no one likes to go to Lemuria.

I can see a Bloodmoon event in Vibora Bay too, but not just an imitation of the MC event. Millenium City has Takofanes and the zombie invasion because it is build right above the Thurakian crypts. BITE is very suitable for the desert and the Canadian wilderness, but not so much for a populated city. Not to mention that Claude Baine and Black Fang wouldn't get along.
No, Bloodmoon in Vibora Bay should be something special. Something the other zones do not have. Maybe it should revolve around a VB villain that hasn't appeared in the game yet...

Maybe cast our heroes into a typical survival horror adventure where they have to escape the clutches of whatever evil stirs in the San Sebastian Swamp near Vibora Bay?

That would work. Could be quite interesting. And definitely add a lot of character to Vibora.

But that would require doing something other than an Alert, and I'm no longer sure the devs (and most of the playerbase) remember how to do that anymore.

Judging from the way nearly anything added has something sales-wise being packaged with it, I don't see why they'd even bother adding anything like this if it required any dev effort. They were planning a special Halloween event from the UNTIL report indications, but had to basically cancel into the cobbled together same ole same ole Bloodmoon event. Pretty sure throwing it together was intended as a 'minimal dev time' scenario while they fooled with the Carrier event and whatever else.

Personally, couldn't care less about Vibora having the current Halloween stuff. And for next year, I could hope they'd do something entirely new rather than extend this boring crap to another zone. Whether that involves Vibora or not, I don't really care, but this current stuff needs to be flushed down the toilet for ever and ever. Out with the old already!

Not that I have a problem with normal Blood Moon every few months or whatever. Though even then I'd rather see the other events being rotated with it (like Nighthawk) instead of Bloodmoon Bloodmoon Bloodmoon Bloodmoon.

Wasn't Christmas and Halloween stuff put into the game before Vibora was? This would automatically not include it in any kind of festivities ever.

Full-on content for VB during Blood Mood would be great, but frankly I'd be happy enough with just Trick-or-Treaters.

    Nope, that's too logical. :)
