Adventure Packs (ie: Serpent Lantern, Demonflame, Resistance) should have a "Queue Up" option for those that can't find a team. I know they can be soloed because I have done it before but sometimes you want to do a team run and it's hard to find a team.
This "Queue Up" option would also be great for a 5 Team Lair Missions (ie: VIPER Nest, Andrith Ruins, Therakiel's Temple).

Huh. That... Actually makes a lot of sense. I was initially sceptical, but then I thought of how the Adventure Packs are organised, and... Well... That actually makes sense if there was a button somewhere to queue up for a team of people doing the same part of the same adventure pack.
Think of it as UNTIL sending in reinforcements or backup, and it makes sense in-character as well why suddenly new heroes you've never met are joining in when you call for them.
I'd suggest extend this to every instanced mission in the game, to be honest, so people who're struggling on any instanced mission can press the backup button, and players who've got that mission active or have completed it in the past can see it on some kind of.. list. I don't know what it would be called, but some kind of list where you can join players who are on missions you've accepted/completed in the past or present, if you're in the same Zone as them.
Of course, upon completing a mission you've been... ooh, I've got a word for it now. Called Out to, you return to where you were before, plus a resource and XP reward which is based on your current level times a challenge rating for the instanced mission.
Yeah, I'd call this entire mechanic Call Out, so you Call Out to people, and they get Called Out to the emergency. That works as a term for it, right?
So, for example:
"Damn! That Viperia is too much for me to defeat! UNTIL said not to do this except in an emergency, since it means VIPER know I'm here for sure, but with the sheer amount of devastation I've done to them... Yeah, they know. This is Red Wasp, calling all heroes, Calling All Heroes Out!"
*goes into a menu and puts setting on Call Out mode, where people can join in whenever in a non-Zone instance*
*A werewolf, a cyborg, and a wizard appear at the respawn*
"Viperia's been giving me some trouble guys."
"ROWRLLL!"
"Affirmative, proceeding to murder-death-kill-scenario five-point-eight"
"I will do as best as the spirits allow me!"
*Viperia is vanquished*
*they beat the serpent lantern and go their separate ways, living happily ever after*
"Damn! That Viperia is too much for me to defeat! UNTIL said not to do this except in an emergency, since it means VIPER know I'm here for sure, but with the sheer amount of devastation I've done to them... Yeah, they know. This is Hornet, calling all heroes, Calling All Heroes Out!"
*goes into a menu and puts setting on Call Out mode, where people can join in whenever in a non-Zone instance*
*A werewolf, a cyborg, and a wizard appear at the respawn*
"Viperia's been giving me some trouble guys."
"Viperia?! Damn!... Did anyone bring some coffee or No-Doz or something?"
"Ah, no. But I have a wizard spell that'll prevent you from sleeping for 24 hours."
"I'm just gonna let my cyborg parts run on automatic while I go play Angry Birds. Sorry."
