i know you are upset about this but can i point out that the boxes can be farmed by q (although the price seems to be rising)
and trailturtle has now stated that the legacy kits aren't going away

the reason the Q exchange is so bad is the lack of good items in the Q store
most of us willing to buy the costume unlocks and TP have bought them already.
a solution (not the only) would be to put the power replacer unlocks in the q store as just costume unlocks. this would generate more demand for q.
when the demand is balanced between the q and zen the rate will be better

another solution would be to lower the prices on the secondary gear in the q store if they were 45000 0r even 60000 that would increase the demand as well.

I have a few of those power replaces and costume unlocks such as the smgs, rifles and flintlock pistol but so far nobody seems to be interested in buying them or they aren't willing to pay a reasonable price considering they are no longer obtainable.

When this was "discussed" in a particular dev channel, there was no impression that we'd be gambling our asses off to get these unlocks. Considering how many potential unlocks there are, those who would pay well have the majority and are only lookin for particular ones, primarily the ones crafted. Newer players will rarely see value in legacy unlocks as they weren't around to actually see them.
