Unable authenticate

Hello, first I am sorry if this does not belongs here or in General Gameplay, but I have an issue whit the launcher, it says that my account is unable to authenticate, but as you can see, I do have one, and I can log whit it on other PWE Game I have, anyone know what could I do to fix this?
