The above build is one I've been puzzling over for the past few days and haven't gotten much farther with. It's performance is alright, and should do fine for the theme I'm going for, but I get the feeling there is some synergy I'm missing that could make it work better. I've not messed around much with bleed, and that seems to be the way this build has drifted, so any advice would be welcome.

I'd be tempted to swap DEX and INT --- secondary superstat INT would still work MSA, but as a primary DEX you could get Specializations that boost your dodge/avoid scores and of course more crits is always good.

I'd also consider swapping Fair Game for rank 3 Quarry - the heal is nice, but it only works after you defeat a foe and I found that either the heal was tiny or else everyone died so quick after one another that I could just have healed up after the fight or in a fight with a big-bad, there's no benefit to Fair Game at all (unless he spawns easily-killed minions or something).

Quarry rank 3 is an all-the-time damage boost (and dodge increase, I think) that seems like it would be useful more often.

Dunno if it's in concept or not, but whenever I have bleeds in a build, I at least consider Devouring Essence with the Phlebotomist advantage for extra healing/damage dealing.

I'm not too familiar with that Form, except that it relies on bleeds (NO idea about the advantage)... I usually go with Form of the Tempest since it's usually a lot easier to get crits, faster.

What's your theme/play-style/role? Without knowing this, all I can do is MIN/MAX(PvE) it the following way while following the name of the build (bestial single blade quarry):

    Powers:
Level 1: Bestial Fury No one needs to rank up EB or use onefor that matter, unless for theme
Level 1: Shred Get 5 bleeds on boss then move on
Level 6: Supernatural Power It's awsome
    Level 8: Quarry (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 11: Frenzy (Rank 2, Rank 3) Perma spam AoE with Supernatural Power
Level 14: Ebon Void (Rank 2, Rank 3, Voracious Darkness) Best block for pve squishies
Level 17: Evasive Maneuvers (Sleight of Mind) Dodge + stealth + aggro wipe
Level 20: Devour Essence (Rank 2, Phlebotomist) Use it if boss targets you till you wipe aggro
Level 23: Form of the Tempest (Rank 2) Awsome
Level 26: Bountiful Chi Resurgence (Rank 2, Resurgent Reiki)
Level 29: Dragon's Bite (Rank 2, Cull the Weak) Refresh bleeds and single target spam attack. Charge for Rush buff then just turbo it
Level 32: Ice Sheath (Rank 2)
    Level 35: Lock N Load (Rank 2)
    Level 38: Masterful Dodge

    Travel Powers:
    Level 6: Athletics
Level 35: Bat Flight (Rank 2, Rank 3)

    Specializations:
    Dexterity: Combat Training (3/3)
    Dexterity: Power Swell (2/2)
    Dexterity: Deadly Aim (3/3)
    Dexterity: Expose Weakness (2/2)
Brawler: The Glory of Battle (1/3)
    Brawler: Penetrating Strikes (2/2)
    Brawler: Ruthless (2/2)
    Brawler: Finishing Blow (2/3)
Brawler: Flanking (3/3) Always try to stay behind mobs when posible. Wipe aggro on bosses then just stab in back
    Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
Vindicator: The Rush of Battle (2/3)
    Vindicator: Focused Strikes (3/3)
    Vindicator: Mass Destruction (2/3)
    Mastery: Dexterity Mastery (1/1)

For Gear, get enough Rec till you feel comfortable and the rest all Int. This is a lv40 build not a leveling one.

Have you considered Aspect of the Bestial as your toggle? Most single blade attacks give you Bleed effects. I also prefer to use Unstoppable for my PVE needs. There just ain't much out there that hits hard enough to give Unstoppable any trouble. Maybe take a second passive for defence for those rare bosses who can do enough damage to put a dent in your hide. Me, I would Super Stat Con/Dex/and either Int or Str depending on your personal preferences and playstyle.

Way of the Warrior should be the go-to passive for Bleed builds, since it specifically adds to bleed damage.

It also shoots your dodge/avoid through the roof nearly to the point of invincibility, allows you to run melee dps role, and gives a TON of damage increase.

Also, if you are going to stack bleeds, why not take advantage of them...Reaper's Embrace will obiterate anything with 5 bleeds on it...since it's a bleed/sword/beast build, RE will definitely fit the theme. Massacre does do the additional damage to bleeding things, but I'm not sure any bleed-based build is complete without Reaper's Embrace.
