Sonic powers will work off a buff called AMPLIFY, which can be gained through certain requirements within the powerset. AMPLIFY will increase the damage and decrease the energy cost of all your Sonic powers by 5% per stack, stacking to 3. Some powers from the set will take use of this power.
TIER 0 - Sonic Wave
Animations: You stand, bent forward and arms out, slightly bent. Your mouth is wide open and from it you emit sonic waves like that of Sonic Blaster
Type: Energy builder
Range: 50ft
Properties: Ranged sonic damage, Energy generation, AMPLIFY, DISORIENT
+ Deals Sonic damage to your target
+ Generates energy
+ First tick has a chance to grant you a stack of AMPLIFY
Advantages:
Accelerated metabolism (1 AP)
Violent Vibrations (2 AP): Gives every tick of Sonic Wave a 20% chance to DISORIENT the target.
TIER 0 - Sonic Blast
Animation: Charge like pyre, then scream like Psimon does in his 3rd stage.
Type: Blast, Ranged AoE damage
Range: 100ft, 0-10ft radius
Properties: Charged Ranged Sonic damage (1.5 seconds max), DISORIENT.

+ Deals Sonic damage to your target
+ Has a chance to apply AMPLIFY to yourself
Charge
+ Increases damage and range of the tap effect
+ Increased chance to apply AMPLIFY

Challenging strikes (1 AP)
Tenor of Terror (2 AP) On a full charge, Sonic Blast will now STUN your primary target
TIER 1 - Screech
Animation: Like firebreath, only that you emit soundwaves instead.
Type: Cone, Maintain Ranged AoE damage
Range: 50ft, 120 degrees cone
Properties: Maintain Ranged Sonic damage (4 seconds max), AMPLIFY.
+ Deals continous Sonic damage to all targets every 0.5 seconds
+ After being maintained for 2 seconds, grants one stack of AMPLIFY

Challenging Strikes (1 AP)
Deafening Projection (2 AP) Screech will now STUN any targets affected by DISORIENT
TIER 1 - Sonic Form
Animation: No idea, honestly
Type: Buff self, passive
Range: Self
Properties: Passive
+ Increases all your Energy damage (Electric, Sonic, Particle) This effect scales with your superstats
+ Increases your resistance to energy damage, and greatly increases your resistance to Sonic damage. This effect scales with your superstats
+ Generates a small amount of energy when you're struck with Sonic damage
+ Enemies within 10ft of you have a 20% chance to be DISORIENTED, and enemies attacking you in melee range have a 50% chance to become DISORIENTED
+ Counts as an energy form
TIER 1 - Sonar
Animation: Smaller soundwaves goes into your head
Type: Energy Return
Range: Self
Properties: Self energy gain
+ You gain energy every time you gain or consume AMPLIFY. The energy gained scales of your Endurance, but is also affected by your Recovery
- You may only get energy this way once every 3 seconds
TIER 1 - Sonic Barrier
Animation: Like force shield, only with sonic waves undulating from the middle and out.
Type: Block
Target: Self
Properties: Self damage reduction, DISORIENT
+ Self damage reduction
+ Attackers have a 20% chance to become DISORIENTED
Advantages:
Reverberations (1 AP) Sonic Barrier will remain for a short time after activation, blocking some of the incoming damage and still have a chance to DISORIENT attackers. Also doubles the effect of Sonic Form
TIER 1 - Echo Surge
Animation: No idea
Type: Active Offense
Range: Self
Properties: Self damage buff
+ Increases all of your damage
+ Helps you break free of holds
+ Grants you 3 stacks of AMPLIFY upon activation
TIER 2 - Sonic Slam
Animation: Basically Thunderclap, only that you send a shockwave forward.
Type: Ranged Area attack
Range: 50ft, 120 degrees con
Properties: Charged Sonic AoE damage (2 seconds max), STUN, STAGGER
Tap
+ Deals Sonic damage to all affected targets
+ Chance to STAGGER all targets hit
Charge
+ Increases the damage and energy cost of the tap effect
+ Increased chance to stagger all targets hit
+ If fully charged, STUNS all targets
Advantages:
Nailed to the Ground (2 AP)
Imbalance (2 AP) Targets hit with this power will now also be SNARED, reducing the movement speed.
TIER 2 - Sonic Barrage
Animation: Stand like eyebeams, only with mouth open and a steady stream of soundwaves charging your target
Type: Single target ranged damage
Range: 50ft
Properties: Ranged Sonic Damage, Incapacitate. Maintain (3 seconds max) 15 seconds base cooldown
+ Deals continous Sonic damage to the target every 0.5 seconds
+ Each tick of this power has a 25% chance to grant you a stack of AMPLIFY.
+ After 1 second of maintaining this power, the target will be Incapacitated. The target may struggle and break free.
+ The strength of the hold is partly refreshed for each second maintained.
- If the target manages to break free before this power is fully maintained, the maintain will be interrupted.
Advantages:
Accelerated Metabolism (1 AP)
Accurate Amplification (2 AP) The hold strength of this power is increased by 50% for each stack of AMPLIFY on you.
TIER 2 - Concussion
Animation: You snap your fingers and a sonic explosion strikes your target.
Type: Debuff
Range: 100ft
Properties: STUN, DISORIENT, AMPLIFY. 5 seconds cooldown
+ STUNS your target
+ DISORIENTS your target
+ Refreshes the duration of all stacks of AMPLIFY on you.
Advantages:
Crippling Challenge (3 AP)
Traumatic force (2 AP) Concussion will now apply or refresh TRAUMA on your target, debuffing their healing.
TIER 2 - Outburst
Animation: No charge animation, however activation is the same as Howl
Type: Close Area attack
Range: 25ft Sphere
Properties: Charged PBAoE Sonic Damage (Max 2.33 seconds), Knock Back, AMPLIFY. 12 seconds base cooldown.
Tap
+ Deals Sonic damage to all targets
+ 33% chance to gain one stack of AMPLIFY per target hit
+ Knocks Down affected targets
Charge
+ Increases damage and energy cost of the tap effect
+ Increases the chance to gain AMPLIFY, 100% chance at full charge
+ At a full charge, Knocks Back all affected targets

Guttural Projection (2 AP) This power now deals 30% more Base damage to targets affected by DISORIENT
TIER 3 - Seismic Crashdown
Animation: Charge like Fault line, only that when you slam it into the ground you send a shockwave at your target.
Type: Ranged Area attack
Range: 100ft, 3ft Cyilnder
Properties: Charged Ranged Sonic Damage (3 seconds max), Knock-up
Tap
+ Deals great Sonic damage to all targets
+ Deals 10% more damage for each stack of AMPLIFY and Consumes all stacks of AMPLIFY
+ Knocks down all affected targets.
Charge
+ Increases the damage and energy cost of the Tap effect
+ If charged for more then 1 second, Knocks up all affected targets.
+ If fully charged, grants you the ECHO buff for 2 seconds for every instance of AMPLIFY consumed. ECHO grants you one instance of AMPLIFY every 2 seconds.
Advantages:
Accelerated Metabolism (1 AP)
Staggering Assault (2 AP) Seismic Crashdown will now add one stack of STAGGER to the primary target for each instance of AMPLIFY consumed.
TIER 3 - Sonic Eruption
Animation: You stand like with Ego storm, hand out and mouth open as sonic shockwaves spread out from you. OR you can choose the Airguitar emote as a stance, to truly rock out with this power.
Type: Close Area attack
Range: 35ft sphere
Properties: Maintain PBAoE sonic damage (Max 4 seconds), STUN, AMPLIFY. 20 seconds base cooldown.
+ Deals escalating Continous Sonic damage to all targets every 0.5 second.
+ Each tick of this power have a 50% chance to STUN your target
+ Each tick of this power have a 50% chance to grant you AMPLIFY
