The Local and Zone chat channels will die and I cannot see anything said by anyone other than friends, then I looked in the forum archive and found a "fix" for it from a year ago, but it worked for maybe three lines of Local chat and then nothing again. Everytime I log in, it's treating me like I am anonymous, and i even type /unanon to make sure I am not anonymous, then in the Social Menu, all but Guild Invites and Trades are whitelisted, and put a check in the boxes to whitelist them and that didn't work.
This is a bug that has been around for a YEAR! This game has a huge opportunity with City of Heroes refugees coming in, and a bug that prevents these people from COMMUNICATING is utterly and completely unacceptable for a MMO. This should be something that should have been taken care of before you add costume pieces or events or anything else. You need to make sure that BASIC functions like chat work and work consistently.
Before you put anything else into this game... fix these game breaking bugs and MAKE SURE THEY STAY FIXED!
