finishing touches on two ranged builds

Ok, just got 2 more to 40 and I'm needing some advice on where to put the last power/advantages. Please let me know your thoughts?

Ranged TK - two power slots and 5 pts in advantages I think. Right now he's running about 1500 to 2250 dps
