Display Error Message

Every time I try to start CO after playing SWTOR I get an error message that say "Fatal Error: cannot enumerate display modes..." I only ever get this error message after I've played Star Wars The Old Republic. I checked my display drivers and they are all up to date. Restarting my computer will fix the problem but that seems kind of ridiculous to do every time. Does anyone have any thoughts what it could be?

Maybe try to reinstall the drivers anyway and see what happens.
