Endgame powerup suggestion

This could be a gamebreaker, but a possible endgame "powerup."

So, the Devs said they were discussing ways to power up endgame players when they join the Champions' Universe Cosmic Police Force (whatever its name was).

They said they were leaning towards, instead of replacing your powers with the powers of the space force, boosting or augmenting your powers somehow.

And I think I've got a way to do it:

+1 Power
+4 Advantage Points
+1 Secondary Passive Slot

What is a Secondary Passive Slot?

A Secondary Passive Slot is like a normal Passive Slot, except it takes the normal bonus and divides it by 2.

A Secondary Passive Slot sits slightly behind (layered) the primary Passive Slot and function as if it were constantly in the Hybrid Build.

Even reduced to hybrid-level and half power, this still runs the risk of overpowering characters.

However, it would be a very nice incentive to completing the endgame events.

Tell me what you guys think!

If implemented, I expect no recognition for the idea, and hereby give up any legal rights and responsibilities, so as not to confound the probabilities that this idea comes to fruition. Oh, except the right to brag, just a little.

EDIT:Was using carats instead of brackets on something. Fixed.

    Well the level cap is going to go to 50, then they will introduce, as the plan is, an alternative level progression system in the Star*Guardians. This would be something else.
    Champions Online player since September of 2008, forumite since February of 2008.

    Oh, I wasn't aware there was currently an actual set plan. A level cap increase would be pretty great too. I could definitely use a couple more powers.

    Have they said anything one way or another about a timetable for this?

    The earliest we will probably see it starting to happen is next year. Most of the UNTIL report items on the list have been implemented or will be implemented soon.
