Munitions Pet Build

I really just wanted to play a ranged DPS that used Attack Toys. I'm not sure how good any of the DPS options are in munitions, so I just kind of picked some cool stuff. Still very new to the game, so let me know if I'm going wrong here. If there's a better build that can leverage Attack Toys, that would be good to know as well, since that is mostly what I'm trying to accomplish.

Here's another idea I had. The character is a clown so I'm going for a more off the wall mixture of powers.

My Tip : Take REC instead INT because Overdrive scales the best with REC, and also you
have always a full energy bar, since especially with Lightning Storm your energy would be
empty before Overdrive even kicks starts to work.

Lightning Storm will however even with level 40 gear and max cost-discount still suck
    massive energy.

You can however maintain Lead Tempest forever with that
