Las Vegas-themed SG

Hello,
I've been playing CO for about 5 months now, and am curious as to whether anyone out there would be interested in starting a Las Vegas-themed Super Group. Las Vegas has a reputation as being a dirty and dangerous place full of crime, and so a super team that was based there would be kind of gritty or dirty, tough and not afraid to take the gloves off to get the job done. The group would be casual, maybe some RP but not required, and focus on running missions, particularly things that are designed with more than one person in mind. Mature-minded players (in attitude, not in age) preferred. It doesn't matter what kind of powers your character has but as a THEME I like the idea of sort of this 'Smoking Aces'/'Oceans 11' vibe, although obviously with room for urban warriors, armored suits, gun-toting clowns and anything else that smacks of Vice City. The heck with Superheroes. Why can't there be Super Cowboys instead?
