I spent the morning getting this tossed at my face every time I tried using the "Contact Us" link from the support page:

https://support.perfectworld.com/

The page isn't redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept
cookies.

Yes, I allowed cookies for the site.
Yes, Internet Explorer also encountered the same error.

I'd love to ask them for help on this.... but....

Seems to be working fine for me. Using IE.
