Yeah and being in ranged boosts ranged damage (just like offensive passives), I fail to see your point :P I suppose if heals are already strong enough then a new passive isn't needed but I still think we need more variety in terms of supportive passives. That's all I'm trying to say really.

What the support passive SHOULD provide is a buff to the effectiveness of the user attacking held targets. Now that you've held them you need to kill them.
    Although THIS... me like this...

We need a Crowd Control passive. One that deals extra damage to controlled targets is nice aswell.

I just checked the wiki and Medical Nanites doesn't boost heals according to it. So that leaves Seraphim as the sole passive that directly boosts heals. That doesn't sound exactly right to me honestly. There's so many offensive passives and a handful of defensive but of supportive only one boosts heals and its of the magical FX variety. That sounds heavily unbalanced to me. I personally think we need more heal oriented supports with awesome and unique secondaries. It's a little more difficult than offensive passives because unlike the plethora of damage types, we are reduced to largely two heal types; heals and shields, with crowd control being an alternative play style for support. I think as a whole, we need a heavier investment in support so more support styles can come to fruition.

I've created a good team healer (PRE stat) using Aura of Ebon, Aura of Primal, and Aura of Radiant. I've not FULLY used Medical Nannites to lvl 40 but it puts out some decent heal per second to an entire team as an aura. That's some good heals.

When they advocated putting a heal in Aura of Clarity I was against it then as well. I am against the telepathy passive adding heals.

This is off-topic, but... Please Fix Imbue to consume when a heal is used. Also when Strafing Run is used. Thanks!

I had to think about this when I saw this comment..but I see what you mean, in all reality telepathy has 2 heals and a shield/heal hybrid bubble and 1 indirect heal which procs way too slow..(Ego Sprites advantage Slave Mentality.)

Boosting healing in a passive unless it is Seraphim and Medical Nanites, I agree should be left to support role, because in either Support or Hybrid, healing is boosted by SuperStats. Putting it in a passive would make it just a novel mechanic which could be replaced with something more usefull like Crowd Control buffing in-passive.

When looking at Telepathy, now I see it is being born into a totally different playstyle from less poor support/ broken Crowd Control to DPS/CC/minor support which I think is alot better than it's current "play style".

Also I think there should be as suggested by Gamehobo, advantages which mean Telepathy attacks do not break CC conditions like Ego Sleep, which are all too easy to break.

Like the "Insideous Thought" Advantage on Psi Lash - Suggested by Gamehobo

And a new advantage on Ego Blast called "Psychic Loop" Which means it has a 80% chance to not break control effects on held or "Incapacitated" Targets and a 20% chance to apply a stun which will apply on target breaking out of controlled effects. - Suggested by me

    It isn't consuming Imbue.

Thank you for that. Now I wish there was a way to trade in one of those that I did buy for this.

Ouch..I can see that being very problematic on a build with Imbue, conviction and Strafing Run...

Hmm... perhaps I'm missing something? I can't seem to find the Cape Glide travel power.

There are two different versions of PTS shard. One with telepathy updates and one with Cape Glide.

I suspect they will reconcile the two later this week.

OK. In the meantime, is there a way for me to get onto the version that has Cape Glide? I really want to test it out.

I believe the other version of the test shard is their internal shard only accessible to the devs. If they plan on doing more work with the power before release, Im sure it will be available with an upcoming pts update to be tested.

I pretty much gave up on that being fixed. I don't even think a dev has acknowledged that the PTS character transfer is broken.

    PVP is starving without rewards

    1. Please give us Daily PVP missions that reward Questionite.
    2. Please give us an exchange rate between Acclaim and Recognition so that PVP has access to all "On Alert" PVE rewards.

It only succeeds if you delete every single pts character you have. At least that's how it worked out for me.
