I'll be honest: I wasn't planning on coming here.
With the news of City of Heroes' closing, I was going to quit MMOs for good. Or, at least for a while. I was there the day Paragon City opened its doors, and I plan to be there when then lights go out. 8+ years is a long time to spend pouring one's creativity into a whole world, and the thought of it being ripped away, quite frankly, had put me off MMOs.
But someone over there posted a link to this thread and I was intrigued.
I read through the thread and what I saw there moved me, so here I am. Testing the waters, so to speak. Your world is so different from mine. But I'm willing to learn.
I'm not ready to hang up my cape just yet.
