Hi.
So I recently merged my cryptic account with my perfect world account, only to lost all my account data, including like 6 character slots, and the jet boot transport power. So, how I get back the lost data?

What likely happened is you accidently created a new CO account rather than successfully merging your old account...

I'm on my phone, but let me look around a bit to see if I can find you folks some help...

OK, try this, it MAY help...

    Click this link: https://secure.crypticstudios.com/default/forgot_account

Submit the email account that is tied to your original Cryptic account...

After you get the email, go to the log in screen and click the Cryptic (not PWE) radio button. Try to log in with the account name given in the email; you'll fail...

Click the forgot password link and reset your password...

Go back to the log in screen, click the Cryptic radio button again, and log in with the account name from the email and your new password...

The system should then guide you through the process of merging the account with a PWE account...

This worked for me when I thought I had lost an alt account of mine. I hope it will work for you as well...

    Good luck!

They're probably not gone. This happened to a handful of people when we first started linking and they were able to get there accounts linked correctly.
