Psicho killer

I want to tweak my ego blades, ex-PSI assassin and give him stealth powers, which represent him clouding his enemies minds. His other powers are based on psionic blades and manipulating his and enemies life 'force'.He is purely for PvE. The main changes are his passive and the addition of shadow strike, as his one shot kill attack. Please advise on this build:

I love the concept I have a disciple and a Mind AT who both come from PSI as well

Not sure as to why Shadow Strike is listed as a separate power though but it looks effective

Only thing to worry about would be healing..granted he is an assassin but they can get into tough situations..if I were you I'd try conviction at lvl 23 as shadow strike comes with Night Warrior passive and cannot be ranked up separately.

I like the clouding of visual cortex like theme with the palliate + absolve aswell as sneak on NW passive. It looks good but to get the most out of BCR...maximise yourself with dodge gear. Ego surge is definately worth ranking up to rank 2 and nimble mind, it gives good crits with blades.

Thanks for feedback, I had assumed shadow strike was a separate power, hadn't realized it came free with sneak. If I understand you correctly then it means I can replace it with conviction and rank up ego surge to R2 and nimble mind. If so I am delighted as this should make him even better.
