Dual Weapons and appearances.

Unlike costume pieces like shoulder pads and arm accessories that can be put on one arm while the other gets a separate piece, dual weapon powers should have the option of which hand uses which weapon skin. This would not only give more freedom to create half and half heroes, but players using characters like half demons and "Junkyard warriors" would also get the freedom to use two different sword skins at once.

I realize that the game currently copies the weapon textures to each hand to make programing them easier,
but it would be nice to see something like this picture happen.

Also while I'm on the subject or weapon appearances, the ability to customize weapons is something the nemesis creator really needs.

The werewolf hunters from the Bloodmoon event actually have two different weapons. And one of those is knife! Seriously, why shouldn't play characters have this too? :frown:

It would definitely be a nice addition. Not everyone carries around dual short swords, maybe its a sword and an axe, or a dagger and a crowbar. Who knows.

I recall that if you made a costume in the tailor, saved it with weapon skins, and imported into the Nemesis editor it would keep the weapon skins.

Don't quote me on that though, I just remember reading that somewhere...

Sadly not. A bug in the nemesis editor prevents you from loading costumes into it at all. It's been so for a while and it will stay so for a while longer. If we are lucky, Cryptic fixes all the bugs when the nemesis system gets an update.

Hmm...Never had that issue myself. Well, I hope it gets fixed.

Hope hope hope...So much hope, and yet little rejoice.
