I actually have a hard time finding some informations about powers and gamemechanics.
There are a lot of very good threads made sticky, but most of them are outdated.
Some described synergies and scalings are no longer existing (Invulnerability no longer scales with STR, PRE has nothing to do with aggro anymore,etc).
Can't they be removed or made unsticky?
Maybe that would open up an opportunity for some of the good numbercruncher here to make new guides.
Just starting to talk about the new mechanics on page x ain't that helpful, because it's hard to find and sometimes confusing.
PS:
"Outdated" means change mechanics since "On Alert" (April 13th, 2012).
