Ripper's health keeps flip flopping from 33% between 66% just like the Roin'esh General's health during the Psimon stage at the end of Whiteout.

    ALL the bosses in the game are bugged out with this. Legendary, Master Villain, named villains and so on.

    Endbringer, Shadow Destroyer, Kodiak, Black Mask, Iron Clad, Oubliette, and Sapphire in Resistance are not bugged out with this. Those range from Super Villain to Legendary.

    Cyberlord is also not bugged, just the Nemesis that comes with him.

    I'm sure there's plenty of others that aren't broken as well.

    But he was right about that. I've never seen him complaining before this patch.
    And people had many reasons to complain before. The Night Warrior patch is only the second big wave of bugs that hit the game. The first was the On Alert patch. Since that one, the quality of CO went downhill.
