Tried to buy a subscription...

...but have gone in circles for an hour.

I've come back to the game. First time, I think since the merger with Perfect World. Dunno.
I wanted to buy a Gold Subscription, give the game a try again.
Merged a Perfect World account with my Cryptic Account. Tried entering in password multiple times (Caps lock not on, password typed correctly) -- sometimes it works, and I get into the Perfect World Forums (like now, to post) -- sometimes clicking a link resets my page and it wants me to retype information again -- and PW never recognizes it.

I really dislike PW's system. I've always had trouble with it. I attempted to get the subscription through Cryptic's site.. and after logging in, and clicking the gold subscription, it asks me to enter my username and password AGAIN and then it can't find it.

I'm frustrated, which is ridiculous. I'm not incompetent. It should not be this ridiculously hard just to give my money to you. If you don't want it, I'll go spend it on City of Heroes.

I've been having a similar issue: attempts to upgrade to gold have me swinging back to the champions-online front page to "log in to champions-online.com," but I'm already logged in. Have attempted to log in with the PW account, which is the only account I have, since I'm unable to create a Champions-specific account. It's extremely frustrating.

Try using a different browser. Sometimes PW's website is a slight bit...wonky.
