This might be difficult to design, perhaps as an alternative, one of the cities Champion's hideout has been compromised and one of those's heros asks for you assitance.
It'd be cool if each hideout came with it's own mini-mission unique to it.
The space agency moonbase could have to contend with a nearby human rocket crash.
While the 60's one could have to deal with some aliens landing nearby and setting up a mysterious piece of equipment.
While the penthouse might have a hostage situation occur on a lower floor.
Each situation would require going back and forth to the hideout, to study forensic evidence on your crime computer for example. This could be a great opportunity to put one of the spare rooms to use.
Each should be repeatable daily and have a chance at a unique reward that fits the theme like a costume piece, a mod, an extra hideout furniture option etc and a questionite box as the common reward.
