Where can we submit ideas for Champions Online?

Good day,
I was wondering if there were an email address or some other means for members of the community to submit ideas for consideration to either the Design Team or Project Manager?
I am an IT(Game Design and Development) student and at certain points in the game the old adage "see a need and fill it" turns on a light in my brain.
I understand from the recent report that the Design Team have a substantial number of projects at this time, but my ideas tend to be either minor alterations to existing objects, or designed to increase the income of Cryptic/PWE and as such would hopefully be worth the company's time to discuss.

Also, I think I read something about unsolicited ideas in the ToS... But that might be me
