Screen is Tilted

Ok ,i just download the game for my friends son and the screen is tilted on his pc for the CO game. Tried ctrl+alt+ arrow key and its not fixing it. He has an older computer but this issue should still not be happening. I have all his settings to minimum. He has a windows xp and a dell. Dont know the system req's as yet. Any ideas on a solution.

    Well from what I can tell it's most probably a graphics/video card problem. Wether the graphics/video card is not good enough or you have some really really old drivers OR both :P. There are min system req for this game to run. Check them out before claiming it's the game's fault.

    Is this on a CRT monitor? If so, there's a setting in it to change the "tilt' of the screen - this would be especially noticeable if the game and the desktop are using different resolutions. Could you post the specs for the PC?
