Something missing from the game seems to be more material options for costumes:

Plastic
Silk/Satin/Polyester

While the latter is more apparent in female outfits, the former would work more on male outfits, but the lack of them is a bit odd to me.

Other things missing is sorta the Barbarian kind of outfit with light-leather fittings. On the other hand for females it's odd that loincloths and a decent mid-thigh skirt is missing as well; something I've been pushing since I started. The ultra-short skirts are too skimpy. Think Supergirl from the movie in the '80s, whereas Conan for the Barbarian outfits where you have leather armor, straps, etc.

One thing I want to add is equalcy for materials and textures for every costume piece.

New costume sets like Nighthawk, Holo Hex and Cyberpunk often come with a unique texture that prevents them from looking good with pieces from other sets. It would be a lot easier to create good-looking costumes with the Holo Hex pieces if they wouldn't be stuck with that hexagon texture. How about adding a simple, smooth alternate texture, like most other costue pieces have?
And really, I would find it laughable that Gravitar's Stylish Leather Boots only come in Metal, but it's a sad thing that this prevents their use in many concepts.

If there was any one costume set I'd like to see, it would be an honest-to-god civilian/worker set. It could include stuff like:

    Head Details:
New Hairstyles (And more male hairstyles compatible with hats)
New Facial Hair (With more detail. Ones I'd like to see are a proper, tighter-cropped chinstrap beard, and an option for just big ol' sideburns.)
    "Softer" male head model
Rimless/More Glasses (with lenses made out of the same material 90s visor and sci-fi visor are made of)
Hats! (Chef's toque, Bicycle helmet, Tam, and Football helmet, to name a few)

    Upper Body:
    Loose T-shirts
Untucked Dress shirts (Both things that have been around since release.)
Turtleneck (Could probably just be a properly-textured neckpiece; combine it with the 'knitted' pattern on the torso and you've got a sweater.)
    Apron
    Jumpsuit (A loose one.)
    Loose/large sleeve bracers?

    Lower Body:
    Kneepads
Jumpsuit (So basically baggy pants that have a texture that connects to the upper body's pattern.)
Kilt (Above-knee skirt for male characters. Might as well add a matching belt for it, too.)

If you're not going to add an actual kilt to the men's list, the "Male Skirt" would be more passable as a kilt if we could add the sporran as a belt option (the around-the-waist pouch, used sort of like a fanny pack), and the pleats in the back. And an above-the-knee length, as suggested above. My Scots-Irish heritage would appreciate it.

Also, how about actual cloaks that cover the shoulders, like Batman's, instead of having only capes that hang straight down, like Superman's? (The difference is obvious in cartoon shows like "Justice League".) Not just superhero cloaks, but things like wizard cloaks and old-fashioned men's opera cloaks, too.
