Telekinetic Maelstrom issue?

Hi,

I have a character that uses Telekinetic Maelstrom R3 to trigger stuns (100% chance) for Sentinel Mastery. Recently I have noticed strange things happening when using this power.

First is that when leading off with a full charge it appears to do no damage to the primary or surrounding targets. The second is that its ability to stun is very hit or miss.

I can do a full charge in combat and I watch the opponents icons for the Sentinel Mastery icon to appear, but it happens maybe half the time. The same goes for the stun effect. Sometimes it appears that not fully charging the power actually will stun the opponents in the game.

This appears to be something new as I have been using this character quite effectively since On Alert went live. Only in the last few weeks have I started to take notice of this.

Can anyone else replicate this issue?

    If I understand correctly you are using TK Maelstrom for stuns which comes under Crowd Control category (CC).

    CC is currently VERY broken, I cannot stress that enough, masteries for it only add 1 or two seconds to a stun.

    The problem may in fact be that you arent close enough to your enemies?

    Unfortunately I cannot replicate this issue sorry >.<

    But alot of powers in the last couple of weeks and since On Alert arent working as intended, this might just be a matter of chance but Gigabolt does around 5k dmg on full charge...on spam it can hit for 7k... 4 stacks of Concentration seem to be more effective than 8 in some instances which I find odd.
