Unable to turn Gold.

I've never been fond of the Cryptic Points to ZEN update and region banning and all. Last month, my old payment option worked, but actually.. only half of it worked, didn't get the 500 ZEN that came with the Gold status, sent a petition, and realized that I didn't update the adress to my new location, everything went in order and they could make the ZEN transfer.
Today I looked to reactivate, sent all my coordinates with a surgical accuracy. Only thing that comes is the usual 'Sorry your payment has been refused'. Counting that I'm French and that I use a debit card. The coordinates were verified by a GM when I petitioned about the ZEN transfer and I use the exact same ones right now.
Did they suddenly forbid the use of debit cards? Was there something I failed to read?
