champions online error!

eyy guys please help me.i created the character in champions online when its about to start the game it stop loading an it says error.the error id is 14196834.I reinstalled the game but it doesnt work .please help me!!!

PWE CS has been helpful for myself when it has come to tech issues.
You just got to wait a few days for the fix im afraid
