Why such a long rotation for the custom alerts?

Title says it all. On Friday the Harmon Labs alert will replace the Hi Pan one and stick around still August 23rd.

Does 2 weeks seem like a long time to anyone else? We have 5 of them and they should probably rotate in a little more frequently.

    For the people that don't play every day, I assume it's spot on.

    And for the people who still want the costume drops and stuff, I'm guessing they like to have the alerts up for a good long while to farm them.

    This is how I feel. I still don't have all the costume bits from most of the Custom Alerts, so getting as much time as possible to farm is always nice.

    it's not like they aren't going to come back into rotation.

    Having a long initial run isn't bad, but if you've gotten everything from an alert, what's the point of running it again, especially when it would sit around for 2 weeks.

    What's going to happen when there are more alerts...seeing it once every 6 months?

    They did switch the Harmon Lab Heist to Nuclear Winter' spot.

    I would prefer that all the custom alerts be actual locations you could travel to so you can do them at any time. Enough work has been put into these that they should be regular content.

    Unless the rampage duo has amazing drops, since costumes aren't there and questionite isn't enough, I'll try them once and never look back. Then wish Gravitar was available all the time as a proper encounter/lair.
