Hi-Pan Hat drop

Ok so i got a drop of Hi-Pan's hat. Not the Dragon Armour Helmet, the Hat. Only when i went to unlock it it said i already had it unlocked. I go to find it in the tailor and i can't find it anywhere nor does the search box thingy show it.

    There's a glitch right now where the hat and helmet are confused in the system, the hat unlocks the helmet if you don't have it already and if you do then it won't work at all. Right now there's no way to get the hat. Hopefully should be fixed soon

    Well that explains it. Hopefully when they fix it it'll work with the hat still sitting in my inventory!
