Heavy Weapons/Earth DPS build advice

So I'm not very experienced with making a viable build or what talents/powers i should be using, so I thought I'd ask for some advice on what i came up with. I'm looking for a Heavy Weapons/Earth DPS build for my magic earth-wielding viking. Here's what I've come up with, I'm pretty open to changing just about everything so long as it stays mostly within heavy weapons and earth, but im open to other powers so long as it looks vaguely within what a magical elemental viking might wield.

Hm .. i wouldn't rank Intensity and try to throw in Quicksand, cause its really a nice PbAoE
to quickly kill a group of henchmen. Maybe replace Brute Strike with it, don't know if that
is really needed, or maybe Upheavel.

Else .. decide if you would go Enrage or Form of the Tempest and then take either STR or DEX
as primary SS, and CON / REC as secondary. At level 40 you can still get over 30% critrate
    without DEX.

Yeah I was actually wanting to throw quicksand in there but thought it might be a little redundant because of fissure. Which would probably be better?

And if I go STR/CON/REC, what self heal should I use because I would think resurgent reiki would become far less useful. And it seems enrage provides a better buff than the MA equivalent (11% vs 9% per stack for melee) but I am also currently enjoying the massive dmg I get from both str and dex being ssed.

Is STR/DEX/REC workable or will the lack of con pretty much gimp me for pvp and the like?

Fissure is a dot that can heal you, but not big damage so Quicksand is for taking down
normal mobs fast, Fisure is more something you refresh now and then when fighting Bosses.

The damge % from Enrage and MA forms is the same if you have the equal amount of
    STR or DEX.

My heals are just Fissure and BCR, but i use Invuln.

I don't PvP .. but i think that build will not really be good in PvP. Cave In for example has
    only 50ft range.
